All pka999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits received in other currencies will not be accepted. Wallet balances, wager amounts, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed in PKR.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. pka999 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its internal policy. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.

Bonus Fund Restriction: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unsettled bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds at the time of withdrawal.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pka999 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's wallet. pka999's determination of the appropriate resolution in such cases is final.
Where pka999's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pka999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon termination for breach, pka999 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and not connected to fraudulent activity, they will be returned net of any applicable fees or forfeited bonus balances.

Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
